It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high quality treatment that fits your budget! Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we offer a range of payment options, which we thoroughly explain to meet your needs. Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments and bank drafts.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and most insurance benefits. We also offer in-house financing through Care Credit to make dentistry affordable for all patients who desire it.
Please ask our financial coordinator, and she will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs.
Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us within 30 days to avoid further charges.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 30 days to render payment. After 30 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
For new patients, please fully complete and sign the insurance information page we have mailed to you or you have downloaded from our site. For existing patients, if you have not been to our office in a while, you will need to update all of your information and fill out new forms.
Please remember that dental insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
All co-pays are due in full at the date of service unless other arrangements have been previously made. If you do not have insurance, your balance is due in full at the date of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.
